The MTV EXIT (End Exploitation and Trafficking) campaign will complete its
national tour of Vietnam with a free outdoor concert in Ho Chi Minh City on
April 17 featuring US band, The Click Five. The final concert of the tour,
which aims to raise awareness and increase prevention of human trafficking,
will take place at 8 pm at Ho Chi Minh City's QK7 Stadium.
The Ho Chi Minh concert is the capping event of MTV EXIT's national tour of
Vietnam which included stops in Hanoi, Halong Bay and Can Tho. Following the
huge success of the first 3 concerts which were attended by more than 60,000
music fans, the Ho Chi Minh concert will feature some of Vietnam's best
talent.

And the special appearance of Big South Crew!
"MTV EXIT has produced 3 concerts over the last 3 weeks and we are delighted
with the turnout and involvement of young people across Vietnam in the tour
so far. We had over 45,000 fans attend our concert in Hanoi which makes it
one of the biggest concerts ever produced in Vietnam. To have the support
of so many young Vietnamese people is really encouraging --- people are
really coming out and joining forces to put an end to exploitation and
trafficking in Vietnam. In Halong Bay, we had a great concert with over
5,000 local music fans in attendance. Just last weekend we travelled south
to Can Tho where over 10,000 concert-goers showed up and were treated to
some great live music from some of Vietnam's top artists. We really feel
that the power and influence of music is a great force for change. By
holding this concert tour across Vietnam we are harnessing this power and
using it to inform and mobilize young people in the fight against
trafficking. This weekend, we expect over 20,000 people to attend our Ho Chi
Minh City concert, featuring The Click Five. For anyone that loves live
music and wants to make a difference in their lives and the lives of the
their loved ones, this is a chance to stand up and join the flight against
trafficking!"
